The annual St Leger Iron Horse rally has become an early-season destination for getting in a summer party mood. Held at the Blue Dolphin Holiday Park situated on the coast in a spectacular clifftop location, attendees can take advantage of sumptuous fully fitted self-contained mobile homes or camp on one of the many tent or caravan pitches – most with electric hook up. Food is on offer aplenty in the on-site restaurants, chippie, burger bar, pizza parlour or mini market.
Always a themed event where everyone is invited to join in, a full program of rideouts, events and outstanding entertainment is available. How about joining the crowd of fiercely partisan participants and enthusiastic supporters from competing Chapters to win the title of “Chapter Games – Iron Horse Champions”? Saturday night is “Fancy Dress” party night. It is fantastic to see so many hardened Harley-Davidson riders “squeezed into” and nearly “popping out of” very elaborate party costumes.
