H.O.G.® GEORDIE CHAPTER #9721: MEMBERSHIP AND RELEASE FORM
A VALID H.O.G. MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE GEORDIE CHAPTER. All applications are reviewed and completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance to the Geordie Chapter #9721
2025/26 renewal fees are £25.00 for a single rider membership and £50.00 for a joint associated membership (two H.O.G. members living at the same address). First member may join only one associate member.
2025/26 new member fees are £60.00 for a single rider membership and £120.00 for a joint associated membership (two H.O.G. members living at the same address). First member may join only one associate member. New member fees include either: large Chapter rocker and eagle patch OR small Chapter rocker and eagle patch and Chapter T-shirt OR Chapter Hoodie.
The membership year runs from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026. You can apply to renew membership for 2025/26 between 2nd January and 28th February 2025. If you have not paid your renewal fees by 28th February 2025, your existing membership will lapse.
Please collect your Geordie Chapter membership card from our Membership Officer or at a Chapter meeting. We do not mail them out
