H.O.G.® GEORDIE CHAPTER #9721: MEMBERSHIP AND RELEASE FORM
A VALID H.O.G. MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE GEORDIE CHAPTER. All applications are reviewed and completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance to the Geordie Chapter #9721
2026 renewal fees are £20.00 for a single rider membership and £40.00 for a joint associated membership (two H.O.G. members living at the same address). First member may join only one associate member.
2026 new member fees are £55.00 for a single rider membership and £110.00 for a joint associated membership (two H.O.G. members living at the same address). First member may join only one associate member. New member fees include a T-shirt, small rocker and small eagle patch.
The membership year runs from 1st March 2026 to 3oth November 2026 this to bring in line with the full year for 2027 starting January 1st 2027 hence the reduction to £20 instead of the normal £25. You can apply to renew membership for 2026 between 5th January and 28th February 2026. If you have not paid your renewal fees by 28th February 2026, your existing membership will lapse.
Please collect your Geordie Chapter membership card from our Membership Officer or at a Chapter meeting. We do not mail them out
