H.O.G.® GEORDIE CHAPTER #9721: MEMBERSHIP AND RELEASE FORM
A VALID H.O.G.® MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE GEORDIE CHAPTER. All applications are reviewed and completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance into Geordie Chapter.
Membership fees for 2024/25
First time membership applications can be submitted for approval by the Committee from 5th February 2024. Prices are for first year only, £55 rider and £55 NON RIDER Associate. Price includes large Chapter rocker and H.O.G.® eagle patch. Alternatively, you can choose Chapter T-shirt and small rocker and eagle patch. All new members must have a current H.O.G.® membership.
Renewals are £20.00 for a rider membership and £10.00 for associate NON RIDER membership (Two H.O.G.® members living at the same address. Only one Associate member per fully paid member). The membership year runs from 1st March 2024 to 28 February 2025. You can apply for renewal membership for 2024 from 1st January 2024.
Please collect your Geordie Chapter membership card from our Membership Officer or at a Chapter meeting. We do not mail them out.
